Japanese Sushi for dinner!

To repay the Italian tiramisu yesterday and basically why Thai and Western demanded in a loud voice to try some sushi original ...

... The Japanese have offered to make dinner tonight!

Two comments on the preparation:

Helena told me that the supermarket (she had accompanied them) have put us well over an hour to choose the ingredients of the dinner, even if the list did not reach 10 items. :-)

In the kitchen there was no history: one part to another, each preparing his part with order and method, following a pattern that seemed well established and accepted.

The dinner was really good! The taste of the sushi was quite different from that found in classic Japanese restaurants Italy, very fresh and the flavors blended perfectly together. The tube of wasabi mixed looked better! :-)

The note of is that for the first dinner was eaten using chopsticks. Normally, the center will always use Western cutlery (fork and spoon but only the knife even if you ask you will not give it). This too has a nice connotation for the event.

Helena and I then we have shown that we will remark the cavavamo quietly present, accustomed to seeing Westerners "fast" with chopsticks in hand.
