Following a dinner with Brother Joy, was born the idea of \u200b\u200bcreating of aerobics classes to patients of the center. Helena in Germany has always practiced dance, up to in recent years to aerobics. She then the task of recovering the music and plan the dances, with the possibilities of the patients. :-)
This afternoon at 16:00 it started the first trial.
Some speakers provided by the center with the amplification devices have been betting in the yard so loudly to cover the whole area. The patients formed a group in the middle of the courtyard.
The steps in front of the conference room instead have been used as a stage, where Helena, and some assistant nurses showed the steps and runs the ball. Brother Joy, by contrast, located between Helena and patients served as simultaneous translator: thanks to a microphone connected to speakers, could address in a simple and clear patients of movements to do.
